I have gone through all of the troubleshooting steps that Steam and CDPR provide.
I tried to reinstall the DirectX libraries again, but I haven't been able to get it going since that one time. After restarting however it was back to crashing at the launch screens. Then it got to a certain point in the game when it was crashing consistently, so I restarted my computer. Then I was able to get Cyberpunk to launch and I was able to play the game problem free for about an hour. The best hint I have so far was when I was troubleshooting for the 2nd day in a row I decided to reinstall the directX libraries. I can run older games like Witcher 3, Dark Souls 3, Fortnite, and League of Legends just fine though. But now when I try to start up Cyberpunk, Doom Eternal, or Minecraft, they all crash at various points usually less than 1 minute into startup. I first noticed the problem when Cyberpunk came out, since I had only been playing League of Legends since I upgraded the graphics card (it was the last piece that came).
